Return Procedure & Window

You may send back your items within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

To begin the process, contact us via support@serenmae.com. Our team will provide step-by-step guidance.

Before shipping the item(s) back, please ensure they are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all tags intact

Pack your items securely and send them via a trustworthy courier. We advise using a tracked delivery method to avoid issues during transit. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your purchase, email support@serenmae.com promptly. We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellations are only possible before the order is processed and shipped.

Faulty or Wrong Items
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email support@serenmae.com with a clear photograph of the problem. Once confirmed, we will send you the correct item or arrange a replacement.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to appear in your account. No restocking fees apply.

Product Exchanges
If you wish to swap an item for another, email us within 30 days of delivery at support@serenmae.com. Provide details about the item you wish to exchange, and we’ll share the next steps.

All products for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and sent back with original packaging and tags.
